What's coming up at Christ Church Sandown

Here is a list of upcoming events and activities:

  • Warm Space - We extend a warm welcome each Monday morning from 11.00am until 1.00pm.

  • Art Group - Tuesday 1st September 2026 at 10am. The Christ Church Art Group meets on the first and third Tuesdays in the month at 10am - 12 noon in the church hall. Everyone is welcome. We usually do watercolours, and materials can be supplied for this, but any sort of art or crafts are also very welcome. Tea, coffee and biscuits are supplied and there is no charge for the morning. It would be lovely to have new people join our friendly group, especially if you have never tried painting before! If there are five Tuesdays in the month that is an extra week off.   • Churchyard clear up - every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 12 noon. The aim is to make the churchyard a wonderful reflective area in the heart of Sandown for all to find peace and solace.

  • Family Film Night is back! - 'Super Mario Galaxy' on Friday 2nd October at 6:30pm.
