Gallery Yarn Bombing

During 'lockdown', many keen knitters and crocheters were kept busy preparing for Sandown's yarn bombing project. The knitted cross was used as a symbol of hope on the locked gate to celebrate Easter before becoming the centrepiece for the colourful banner. It was a joy to see the completed banner and floral bunting adorning the front of the church in time for the first service held in the building since March.
